There’s a book available with these images in it. It’s an Amazon job, 8.5×11 (portrait, i.e. taller than it is wide; Amazon doesn’t offer landscape format books), a bit over 100 pages and over 150 images. I think the image reproduction is pretty good for the price of $22.
